Doc, I second your motion. I dealt with him twice last year and found him to be a gentleman and true professional. By the way, he knows about his fan club on this board.

Liking him is one thing, I don't think i've heard one person out here say he isin't a nice guy. I think some people were commenting that their experiences with him resolving their issues wasn't as good as others. P.S I agree he's very polite, professional, and helpful
The only reaons I got a Sec Cap1 card was because of the glowing remarks on MR Cooke.. I have faith that he will help me up when it comes time to ask for a CL increase/APR decrease ectecte... and if he isn't able to help me out I would feel comfortable knowing that he did all that he can for me..

He is very professional. Still trying to figure out how to remove my late payment from 2 1/2 years ago. After asking him and goodwill letter. I'm not mad at Eugene, it's all good.
OK, my turn. EUGENE COOKE IS COOOOOLL!! Even though after two phone conversations about two separate issues, he *wasn't able* to help me. But, as many others have commented, he was/is always very polite, sincere and timely in his responses.
Mr. Cooke and Mr. Miller have helped me turn my subprime cards to prime cards. I know that they cannot do everything you ask for, but they are pretty fair and respond in a timely manner. They have made my 3 Cap One cards the best cards I carry in my wallet. I have told both of them how much I appreciate everything they have done for me.
