Has anyone ever heard of a collection agency called FBCS in Phil. Penn? What are they like? Is it possible to deal with them?
I did a search for this company on Anywho.com at the address they gave me on the phone and it reurned no results. So I did one on the company name and city and it returned an address but different from the one they gave me. I want to send them a C & D letter, do you think they might have guessed this and gave me a phoney address?
Still trying to find some answers on this company. Hope no one minds me bumping it back up like this.
Check with the state of PA - I bet they have to have a business license or are a corporation or something.
