Hello everyone, This is my first message. I am getting evicted for non-payment for my lease. I will spare why, it is not relevant for the question. My lease is in Canada and coming back to the USA and they do have my SSN as they required it when I applied. At that time, they pulled Equifax. There will be no judgment of eviction as I will be leaving within the legal 14 days after being served by the notice for non-payment. My question lies in knowing what are the possible consequences for my credit score? Is it going to be mentioned? How? Thanks a lot for your help, Mark
When you are evicted the landlord will report to the eviction database in san jose california.You will have a hard time renting for the next seven years once you are in their database.
