I recently signed up for EX credit expert (credit manager) service. I am in the 30 day trial period.

I cannot find the online dispute option from within credit manager. Is it elsewhere?

When I signed up for EQ, it was pretty easliy available through online.

    Thanks.

Just retrieve your credit report, you will see welcome and it will list items on your report.

    0 Potentially negative items
    0 accounts in good standing
    0 Requests for credit history
    ETC

Just click on one of those links and it will list accounts, click on that one/ones you want to dispute and it will let you start an investigation.

When you are looking at your report, click on one of the accounts to bring up the details of that account. To the left of the dark blue box with your name and report number are three options. One of them is to request investigation. GOOD LUCK !!

Now I know why I am not able to see that option. Because I can log on to the credit manager and see the manager portal. But when I click to get the report it gives me an error saying "We are unable to show you your report online at this time" (...not in exact words)

Since I signed up on Monday, I have tried 5-6 times. I was only able to see the report right when I signed up. Since then it is giving that message.

I guess I will keep trying.

    Thanks.

I just tried again a couple of times. Still getting this message after successfully loggin on to cm, when clicking on the credit report option.

    exact message:

We're sorry. We experienced a system problem and we are unable to provide your personal credit report for online viewing at this time. You may want to try again later.

Is anyone else facing this as well - in the last couple of days?
