On Ex's 'request an investigation' site, the drop-down list of dispute reasons, there is an option there to remove your statement. Well, if you submit it, it change your updated/verified month to the date that you requested to remove the statement. That sucks, makes it look like they have recently investigated even though they haven't. I wonder if that would make it harder for them to accept a dispute, if it looks like they recently did one?
