I called EX today, and asked for deletion of a CA because they wouldn't validate after 3 CRRR letters. The freak said hold on and called the CA 3way, after I told her that I haven't talked to the CA because I wanted everything in writing. The 1st time the CA hung up on her. I told her what the hell are you doing!! I do not want to have a verbal conversation with these people!! She called em back. They said that the account was under investigation and that it should be 15 to 30 days. Their time is up on 7/8. I couldn't believe the 1st fool couldn't find the acc #, the Ex freak kept telling her to look. She finally found it. It was a total freak show. I told the EX freak, "Why The hell did you do that?" She said that she was tryng to help. I am still in the Twilight Zone over it. Charlie

Sassy, Of all the people. YOU!! ;) The bad thing is, I had them on a bunch of violations om them and I was going to send a quick intent to sue letter and sue em. It is the same CA that I'm helping someone fight that has a $20,000 phone bill, and I wanted to get my "feet wet" suing on mine so that I would know how to tackle the big one. SSSSooooorrrrrrryyyyy I'm just pissed and venting, and your smart mouth made me laugh. Charlie

    That is amazing!

Right when she said she was going to call the CA, I would have hung up right then and there. Call back ask to speak to a supervisor, or call a supervisor in customer care direct and COMPLAIN!!!
