Posted a couple of days ago about Experian refusing to consider new information after an account has been disupted twice. When can I expect to be able to do online investigations again?

You can do online investigations on other items you may want to dispute. As far as the items they are refusing to dispute, Experian does offer a section where you can tell them why you need to to re-investigate, however, I'd suggest you sending your dispute via CRRR. They will only re-dispute if you send additional information regarding the dispute. You really can't do that through the website. By sending your info CRRR, you can provide them with copies of green card(s), validation ltr, estoppel, copes of FTC opinion ltrs (if you sent to CA), and anything else you have to prove account is not yours/CA cannot validate.

Ha! I did send additional information, copies of green cards and the letters to the ca's. They refused to investigate. I called the other day and the lady told me that it did not matter if I sent additional information or not, they would not consider it since it had already been done twice. I posted about this and this is apparently in violation of the law. I am going to record the next conversation I have with them and will probably sue over this.

You need to look up the rule in the FCRA that states that they MUST reinvestigate and they MUST take into consideration any info you provide. Send another dispute, quoting those rules, and if they still refuse to investigate, haul their asses into court.
