Experian refused to re-investigate some disputes that came back verified last year.

So I sent them a procedural request asking them to tell me exactly how they verified the disputes. They sent me back the tired letter saying that I didn't tell them in detail WHAT I disputed about the accounts.

I wish I had done so in the procedural request letter, but my short answer is the same thing I said last time--they are NOT mine!

Do you really think I should send them another request/ITS or should I just file suit? I really want to just file suit.

    What do you think?

I was in a similar situation with Experian: they claim to have verified an account as an unpaid chargeoff, when in reality I'd already settled with the OC (sent them the settlement docs as proof). Still, they claimed to have verified and the trade line was unchanged. Two letters (both disputing accuracy, completeness as well as intent to sue) was plenty in my view.

I just filed my small claims complaint (San Francisco Superior Court) the other day.
