Has anyone ever received a resonse to a procedural request from Exprian? I've requested it at least five different times (I send it in the same letter as my dispute) and have not once received any resonse to my requests. Just wondering if anyone ever has. L
Whyspers, I received the generic, "we verify by contacting the creditor by phone or in writing...." letter. No address or phone number listed. I am ready to get them because they verified a paid student loan with a creditor statement that I am being garnished (not) and a paid judgment (over 2yrs ago paid) as is.... They are lying and I am tired of it. Just sent a second letter to have more evidence and also turned down for credit recently for damages.
