Friday Morning Update... Not too much good news to report this Friday on the results of my first round of disputes with EX. I disputed four trades (all of which I was *so sure* wouln't come back verified) and three came back verified, one came back updated. These are very old trades (like 5 or 6 years old) and haven't even updated since '97 or '98. Arrggh. I already shot out a procedural on three of the results; the other one I know is mine for sure so I'm not going to even bother. TU and EQ have a few more days to report the results; I'm hoping for a better turnout with them. From what I've read, EX tends to be the most diffcult CRA as far as disputes go. So, in a roundabout way, the bottom line is I've been reading this board for almost 4 months now and actively working on my reports for just over a month and absolutely no improvements, actually some of my scores even dropped. I've got some stuff in the pipeline so I'm using that as encouragement right now by having a positive outlook.
