I disputed 3 TL's on my CR. EQ and TU deleted, they came back verified on EX. I sent 2 requests for validation CMRRR to the CA, the first time i got a response that said they are looking into it, and they will contact the OC for paperwork. No reply after that. The second time, i got no response at all. Each request was 30 days apart. What is my next step? I've searched, but can not find any answers for this. If I am overlooking something, let me know. Please Help!!! Also if it makes any difference, this CA's corporate status is suspended. Thanks again.

thanks for the response, thats what i figured. who do i take to court? the CA right for reporting innacurate stuff??? and under what laws? whats my next move? file suit, or send ITS? thanks
You might notify the Secretary of State in the state in which they are incorporated. Complain that you see from their records that this corporation's status is suspended, yet they are both verifying an erroneous tradeline and failing to respond to your request for validation. In addition, are they required to be licensed by either the state they are in, or your state? You might talk to an attorney if there is serious damage involved. If a corporation doesn't play by the rules, there can be personal liability.
800; first I hope this acct is out of SOL before u proceed. chances are they have no proof or they no longer have the acct to collect thats why they didnt respond. I would write another letter CMRRR and put that tracking # on your letter state that the CRA has informed you that this acct was verified by the ca as accurate, mention that the CA has failed to comply with section 1681 s-2b of the FCRA and section 1692 e of the FDCPA and you will file suit unless you recieve a letter of deletion from them within 15 days from the date of your letter. this hopefully will work if not look at my other posts need to verify codes 4 lawsuit. ------------------------------------------------------------ so then what if i get a letter of deletion, and EX still wont delete it, cause ive read that others have had the same prob?
