Your Statement: Account information disupted by consumer (Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act)

    1. The past due of $900 is STILL reflecting in the 'current debt' formula. WHY?

    2. The $900 is STILL reflecting in the 'amount past due (still owed) formula. WHY?

    3. AND, the account is STILL being reported in the 'Now delinquent/degrogatory accounts'. WHY?

Since the OC charged it off, and a settlement was paid on the account, this account SHOULD not being in the 'Amount past due(still owed)' and the 'revolving debt(bank and retail cards)' formula, right?

The OC sent me a letter stating, 'after reviewing our files, we cannot clearly determine your responsibility for the account.' I faxed a copy of this letter along with a procedure letter to experian an awaiting response.

The 'wording' remains the same; before & after the dispute, could 'inaccurate' info be disputed in the next round?

Did I do this right? Feedback or input please.
