OK, let's say you get sued and the plantif wins a judgement (several thousand dollars) in PA. He gets a lien on your home, which has some equity. You have a car which is worth more than you owe. Contents of home are worth maybe 5-10,000.

Can judgement holder force sell of house, car, contents of house?

I haven't been able to find anything about the force of sale. I dont believe they can, there are not many states that a ca can do that in. Besides its quiet expensive for them to do that.

Contents of home may be worth $5k to $10k to you, but it is unlikely that anyone else could auction it off and get anywhere near that, after paying for their costs of doing it.
