Help me here folks.. I sent a dispute to Exp during CHOD. They received it and put 2 of 3 items in dispute. For the 3rd item, they sent a letter saying "we can not locate the following account on your report." It listed the OC and acct # on the letter. I re checked my dispute. It matched up 100%, and the account was reporting on EXP! I don't know what happened on this deal, but don't they owe me a deletion? THeir 30 days has been up about 45 days.
