    Hey gang...

Anyone have any information on who calls the shots at Experian? I need to fire off a nastygram to him after dealing with his henchman, Carla Blair.

Apparently Ms. Blair believes the law does not apply to her or Experian while investigating disputes, the reinsertion of deleted accounts and timely reinvestigations. The b*tch actually said they have 30 business days to conduct reinvestigations after I even pointed out a copy of the FCRA to her that clearly states 30 DAYS! Not business days, not calendar days ... 30 DAYS!

I am tired of dealing with morons. Going to the top for one last chance before filing in Federal court.

    Thanks

Don't blow a gasket! They aren't going to pay any attention either LOL. I just received a pamphlet from the VP of Consumer Affairs that says they only have to mail you a copy of the revisions after a reinvestigation!

I don't believe anybody at Experian gives a Rat's Tush about the FCRA.

Although the FTC doesn't seem to care either, unless they get enough complaints, everytime they do something stupid, I file a complaint. By the time I'm 80ish they should have enough to investigate.

    Per PlanetFeedback.com -

    Craig Smith, CEO
    Experian Information Solutions, Inc.
    475 Anton Blvd.
    Costa Mesa, CA 92626

    Tel: 714-830-7000
    Fax: 714-385-2449 DOES NOT WORK

On a re-submitted PFB, the fax number is now listed as 714-830-2449, and this one answers as a fax.

He ignored my first PFB letter complaining about multiple FCRA violations. I resubmitted it on PFB about 15 days later, and also sent it via fax. No response to date.

    Good luck.
