Anyone ever have this happen? I've been using PG for several months & it's never done this before... Today, I pull PG and there are no entries in the EXP column... all TL's are blank? Hoping they come back!
Looks like up until the day EXP disappeared, my PG pulls were listed under CIC/TRILEGENT. From the date it went away forward it's showing hits from SYSDOME... Maybe PG is changing things around? Odd that it shows a consumer pull, but I can't see any of the actual data. The other strange thing is that I'm in the process of a refi... chase pulled EXP on 11/4 - the day it disappeared for me via PG, then the pulled it again on 11/5 - I'm hoping they're not having problems too... I'm able to pull directly from EXP though... odd.
