When you send a dispute in writing to EXP and do not include a report number (only account # and SS#), does it show up in blue when you view the report online? I sent in a dispute a couple weeks ago and the account (a judgment in this instance) is not blue or noted as 'under investigation'. Just wondering if that means it's not under investigation or that it just doesn't show up when you dispute by postal mail.
IT IS NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION. I sent hubby's in by mail went to exp. site all judgements/other accts, showed under investigation
