I just checked EX and many deletions have occurred (both hard and soft), but there are still a few remaining. It's beyond the 30 day period now (due 5/23/02). Any one else still have pending investigations on those inquiries that are beyond the 30 day period?
you know, the reinvetigation an all the accounts I disputed at the same time are complete. the Inquiries all show still being in progress!
I realize that (4/26/02 to be specific)...but, on a recent CR from EXP, they state that the investigation is due on 5/23/02 for those inq's I disputed back on 4/26/02.
I disputed on 4/26 - the same day that Doc posted his tricks. Due date would then be the 26th. Curious, does Experian work on Sat & Sun? If not, then the dispute should be over with...
I've had about 4 hard deleted and 1 soft. I have 3 hard still being investigated and 3 soft. Any day now I hope...
I used Doc's Trick to dispute 12 hard inquiries. So far 5 have been deleted and 7 are pending. I did not give an email address so Experian sent me a letter. The letter told me about the 5 deletions and said the remaining 7 are pending. My 30th day is a few days away.
OK!!! Just checked 3(more) Hard, 5(more) Soft deleted, and 2 Hard still "being investigated" since 4pm PST(the last time I checked)! Thanks again Doc!
All of my 12 month + inquiries were deleted within days of disputing. 3 inquiries under 12 months have since been deleted, and 1 has actually been verified.
My results so far from Doc's Trick: Providian Hard Inquiry - Remains Capital One Hard Inquiry - Deleted Today! Household Bank Hard Inquiry - Pending My score has increased by 3 points after the Cap One deletion. Tim
Mine are due on the 26th. I just saw today that Asset Acceptance inquiry remains! I am so PO'd. I'm supposed to send them the Intent to Sue this week and I was just going to wait and see if they get deleted from EQ and this one inquiry on EX, but I see I'm going to have to threaten the lawsuit to get them totally off my reports. Grrrr.....
