I sent a letter to EXP requesting to remove incomplete information. It wasn't a request for another investigation but to remove the incomplete information. I listed facts of our mail exchange, and phone conversations whith their managers. I gave them 10 days to object to any facts listed or to remove the information (one tradeline). It's been 15 days since they signed for the letter but I don't have any response from them and the tradeline is still there. what do i do? Wait longer? Call them? Anyone with a similar experience?
Ok. Noone replied to my post. But here is the update to the cituation. Just received a letter from EXP. it states: "Previosly investigated" IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess I do have to go to court. Really wanted to ovoid it.
