Last week, I submitted a dispute against a BK discharged account that was being constantly verified as correct by EXP. The problem with the account is the Credit Limit is reporting incorrectly.

After my 2nd attempt via online (many times via snail mail), I decided to submit a dispute and choosing the "other" block. I then added the following comment:

ADD STATEMENT: Experian violates FCRA by reporting acct incorrectly & not giving verif procedures - I will sue

I just checked this account and it now reads the following:

    Your statement :
Account information disputed by consumer (Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act)

Question...Can I "get" EXP for not displaying my comments correctly for this account?

I think you should. The FCRA specifically states that a consumer may place a statement on the report. It does NOT say that the said statement can be subject to censorship!
