I sent a dispute in over a month ago to EXP to inestigate four inquiries. Since then, EXP has not even bothered to contact me about these disputes. I just spoke with them over the phone, and the rep. completely refuses to do anything. He claimed it is not Exp.'s responsibility and I would have to rely on the creditor to fix these problems. I am not going to get anywhere with EXP and these disputes, they just don't care. They are sticking to their view they are not required to investigate inquiries. The only way I think I can get EXP to listen is to force them by filing a suit against them. Any advice regarding this suit would be much appreciated.....I am going to file in small claims court.
