Ok, this one's a little interesting. I had 2 30-day lates showing up that I know shouldn't have been there for Dec. 05 and Jan 06. I disputed, and got the results back on september 8th.. the results were that the December 05 late was taken off, but the Jan 06 late remained.

I went ahead and disputed the Jan 06 late online, and just got the results back today (quick turnaround). The new report shows that the Jan 06 late is now gone, but the Dec 05 late is back! So what gives, who do I go after?

Presumably you have your account statements, and cancelled checks and bank statements to prove your position.

Have you contacted the OC, to ask what they claim they are reporting?

Yes, I have my bank statements that show that they were paid for those months that they're reporting me as being late. The issue all started when, back in december, I was out of town on vacation. I got back to see a letter from them saying I was late and should pay them right away to avoid being reported.

I called them up and was told that as long as I made a payment over the phone right away, I'd be fine (which I did). I pulled my credit a couple of months ago to see that they were reporting me 30 days late in december and 30 days late in January. I haven't called them yet, but currently TU is showing no lates, EXP is showing 30 days late in December, and EFX is showing 30 days late in January.

So your bank statements are sufficient to show that no payments were posted late by 30 days?
