I have a Verizon/airtouch acct that shows on Experian rpt it should rport until 10/03. Recently, it came to my attn that it shows a small balance on all 3 CRA's and it never did for many yrs (showed pd charge off). I've already written a ltr to Verizon demanding them to remove the TL due to it being reported inaccurately. What verbiage should I use to instruct them that it is now time to remove the TL completely because it's been 7 yrs? Or do I do that directly with the CRA's? The 7 yrs is from the 1st x delinquent right?
