    I'm actually sorta happy.

EXP refused to allow me to dispute online claiming they had validated a year ago.

Then I sent a procedural request CRRR.

They sent me a letter saying that they didn't respond to my procedural request because I didn't specifically tell them in the procedural reqest letter exactly what was wrong with the accounts (WHAT DO YOU CARE? THE SAME THING AS LAST TIME! TELL ME WHO YOU TALKED TO!)

Then I sent a followup procedural request/dispute/ITS saying "not mine".

They have about a week left. I hope they don't respond. I want to sue. Let's get this over with. I'll use my settlement/damages to get a secured card.

Doesn't it help damages-wise if I actually am denied credit? Should I apply for something that pulls Experian?

    I think I've got Lizardkingitis!

It depends on where you are suing.... if you are suing in small claims, damages won't do you any good.

The same stupid letter saying they have already investigated came today.

I'm working on the suit this weekend.

    I'm excited!

I'll probably sue in circuit court using Lizardking's template.
