I recently moved after disputing some items on all three CRs. After my move, I provided proof of identity information (copy of my SSN, lease agreement, utility bill) notifying them of my change of address together and disputed a couple of negative items. Recently I got a letter from EXP & TU both saying that I need to submit identifying documents because no record was found for me. Oddly enough I sent the exact same proof of identity to EQ and they've already updated my report no problem and even deleted the two negative items I complained about on my report. What gives? Are these other two agencies just jerking me around to buy themselves more time? They said when I submit the identifying documents, including the last five years of addresses, they've got 30 days to investigate my disputes. This is really pissing me off. What should I do? Send the same info again CMRRR and waste my money on these idiots? Thanks!

Aren't you trying to establish your current address rather former ones? If you send the past address it will lock them to your report right along with any Negs connected to said addresses.
Thank you. I'm always suspicious when they want more information. Should I just go ahead and resend the prior evidence already sent? If it's good enough for Equifax, I don't see why TU and EXP won't accept it. I also did the same for my husband with the same identifying information and he's already gotten his 3 CRs updated.
