So far, I've sent validations letters twice via CRR regarding a couple AMEX accts. Even though I specifically asked for proof that these accts do in fact belong to me, the only response I keep getting from EXP is that the accts have previously been verified. Never have I been provided any type of documentation/proof indicating that the accts in disputes on the validation do belong to me.

Has this happened to anyone else? What is another way to approach this? At this point, since EXP hasn't really "validated" my disputes according to my letter, would it be okay for me to threaten with lawsuit?

    Please help! thanks...

The CRAs don't have to validate. They have to verify. They do not have to send you proof that those accounts are indeed yours. Did you send them validation letters similar to those in the sample letter forum? Those are used for OC's and CA's.
