Exp Wont Investigate

    I SUBMITTED DISPUTE TO EXP ON 10/9. Got letter stating that I needed to specify the nature of the dispute. Thought I did, so I resent the dispute with *NOT MINE* in boldface all caps next to each disputed item. Got a nother letter saying I needed to specify the nature of the dispute & why I feel it is inaccurate.

    Am I getting the run around. This is the first time I attempted to dispute with Experian. Aren't they violating FCRA or something?

    WTF!!! I went to dispute online & see items with status "This item is currently being investigated."
