Transunion did with the info I provided them, which was the Notice of Release of Lien. It has the phone number and everything on it. So why did Experian say it was "updated and verified." They are obviously smoking crack over there and I am very ticked off. Can I sue them yet?

Sounds like it to. The FCRA says they have to accept any proof that you send them. Did you send court docs? If not, get the real ones - certified court documents.

yeah I probably have to get the real ones, I don't see why one bureau will accept one thing, but not the other. aggravating. Why aren't there any standards in place.

Ahhhh that's it. You can send copies sometimes - if you send copies (or fax - that's what I like to do), here's a trick - send a copy of the envelope it came in, so they can see that it isn't something you cooked up on your computer. :)
