Hi Guys, I just received back a letter from Experain denying my request to re-investigate a dispute even though I told them they must re-invesitgate because you did not label my dispute as "Frivilous" as requried by FCRA, they just stated it has been already verified. I need info on who I can write, call or contact on an upper level with Experian and NOT the so called customer service address. If I can do this and get what I want completed I would rather do so then file my suit at this time. Thanks! Tac
