Experian AGAIN

    Are these people for real. they just changed the CL on my best buy card to the high balance which looks lke I am using 100% of my card when I am actually using less than 10%. They also changed my target and my 3 conseco cards. TU and EQ has them listed incorrectly. Target confirmed already that this is experians fault. I already sued them once. Do they actually think I will sit back and let them get away with this. THEY ARE INSANE. My total available credit is now 0% on their site. My score is 592 high risk with 26 positive accounts and 1 negative paid off cc from 4 years ago. Screw carla blair and small claims. I am calling their cali office tomorrow and they will fix it tomorrow or off to federal court we go. Target is sending me info as we speak and I just contacted household bank. Next I will call conseco. Insane. Idiots.

    I had the hearing last week. The magistrate said it would be 30-40 days or even longer until he made his decision. He had no clue what the fcra even was.

    This is great. Best buy card people called me back a few minutes ago because I put in a planetfeedback complaint about my cl being reported incorrectly. She stated they send over the correct info so the problem is not from their end. Also, she stated I am the 4th person to call her just his week about experians credit reporting. She then stated it is only experian that has this problem and even when they try to correct it experian turns them down.

    I have the same problem with Experian. I griped about this a few months ago. Honestly, Experian doesn't give a flying f*ck, and it UPSETS me!!!

    It drops your score everytime they do this crap.

    It only happens on my retail accounts. (i.e. Bestbuy, Roomstore, Foleys etc.)

    After several complaints, this is what they added to my report:

    Your statement :
    FCBA dispute resolved - consumer disagrees

    Please update on what you are going to do, I would like to nail them. On two of my other retail accounts that I disputed, they just deleted the accounts instead of updating them?!?!?

    they messed up my 3 consecos, best buy, and target. target and best buy are sending me letters that they are sending the correct info in. When I disputed one of the consecos they deleted it. The other 2 are in dispute. I will get ahold of conseco next week. Then I file in civil court and I am going for large damages.

    Wow, I thought I was the only one having these problems. I called Experian yesterday and they said it was Citibanks fault. I said no, the manager said she had just filed the paperwork last month. So, I called Citibank,got transferred to a manager and first thing she said was "it's Experians fault". Then she changed it to "you have no cl." I have a cl, I just can go over it and pay overage at bill time. Then she stated no one had filed anything.She got snippy, I got pissy, and she refused to let me talk to anyone else and hung up. So, now I am wondering if it really is Experian . I'm calling them now.

    I'm also interested in the suit as 8 of 12 credit lines don't show cl. I disputed 2 capital ones (mistake) as they will now probably get deleted and they are older trade lines. TU already did this.

    I'll be watching this thread.

    IT is experian and let me tell you why. All of my cls were changed. I have a hard time believing this was the fault of 3 different large companies all done at the exact same month all done after my lawsuit. @ of them are sending me proof they sent the correct info. Monday I call my contact at conseco who is helping me with a non permissable hard inquiry pull.

    I am having Experian problems as well--Disputed A Cap 1 acct as account balance incorrect on March 7th.

    Pulled my report Friday, no update-called EXP who stated Cap 1 had until 3/6 to verify.

    Pulled my report today, Cap1 acct STILL not updated or removed. Called EXP and talk to "Pedro". He says that they did respond and the update is in their system but he had to check with his supervisor to tell me that.

    Is this right? I told him that my report better be updated by tomorrow or there will be trouble.

    Does EXP have to update my file within the 30 day period or does the OC just have to respond within 30 days?

    Hockeymom, I hate to tell you this , but Cap ! does not respond to credit limit inquiries.I disputed this on TU and 2 accounts were deleted, they never responded. I now have two accounts on Experian under dispute for this ( was I drunk?) they have not updated and it has been 26 days. I most likely will lose these 2 accounts also. It is a Cap 1 issue. I am also looking for ways to force them to report as well as Citi.

    SO why are my Cap 1 baddies ALWAYS verified on both TU & EXP over and over again based on this logic? I have disputed numerous times as "incorrect CL, should be $XX." How are they verifying this?

    CAPITAL ONE "THINKS" HIGH BALANCE AND CREDIT LIMIT IS THE SAME THING!!!

    W/O CREDIT LIMIT~~IT IS NOT 100% ACCURATE...

    If you have them reporting a high balnce limit, you are doing better than I. I caled Cap1 and got a form letter stating my high balance, ugh, thanks, that's not what I asked. Sue Time!

    SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH THE CRA'S...TAKE CAPITAL ONE "OUT-OF-THE-LOOP"

    Send a copy of your statement to the CRA'S with the CREDIT LIMIT HIGHLIGHTED...
