Anyone ever have any luck with ITS to experian? I requested procedurals, which they didn't provide. I have an ITS to send out tomorrow. Does this usually work or do you actually have to file suit to get results?
I **think** I can recall at least one poster had success with an ITS to EXP some time ago. Do a search on with terms Lizarking (the poster)---suit---experian.
Fo rme EXP has ignored my ITS. They always responded saying they need more info on what I'm disputing. Obviously they aren't reading my letter. My ITS doesn't ask for an investigation.
I've been too busy. I plan on filing suit. Although, one of the negs I had somehow got deleted, but I still have other complaints with EXP.
