I am having some problems with my email right now, should be working in a few days but here is what I have: I have three procedure requests with EXP, here are the results: Received By Experian: 1)July 8, 2002----see my link for their response>>> http://consumers.creditnet.com/stra...208227&highlight=procedure+request#post208227 2)July 10, 2002**: nothing yet, doubt anything will show up. I have the CCCR and the date is a little murky, I think it is July 10, 2002, but I have to double check this with the post office. 3) July 16, 2002: nothing yet, if it is like the first or the second request, then I will probably get no response or something close to no response. I have a lot of complaints against EXP. I am waiting until August 5 to give sufficient time for EXP to respond to the third procedure request and I am filing in small claims. I have several legitimate complaints against EXP and I am wrapping them all up in one case. EXP has been the most difficult CRA for me to deal with. I find them arrogant and their actions for handling disputes in complete disregard of FCRA. If you are looking for a witness or need any of my documents, I would be more than happy to help you. EXP is a beast that needs to be tamed, unfortunately, I see this only happening with lawsuits. I hope you ***get them****.
well, I was going to send one out tomorrow, but maybe I'll wait. I'm waiting for the courthouse to update the judgement as paid anyway. So when I tell EXP there is no UNpaid judgement with my name, address or SSN, it will actually be true. They told me over the phone that they verify matching 2, name, address and ssn. I had the address removed, and my ssn shows nowhere on the judgement, so I have no idea how they magically verified.
