Talked to a very nice lady at experian today. Was chedking on a dispute. She didn't see it in the system, told I sent about a week or 10 days ago. She told me they were just today opening disputes from Sept 1st, then she joked about how behind they were. ARGGGG

    Hi
Isn't that a good sign ? IF they signed a CRRR say on the Agu 27 they still have till Seprember 27 to prove or remove then 5 days to let us know about the results...So if they are backlogged they now have essenially given themselves 2wks to investigate instead of 30 days right ? Be patient we will all be waiting on them together to see how this month plays out...

Be carefull not to make the mistake of starting on the 27th of one month and going to the 27th of the following month and assuming that's 30 days.

The law says 30 days not 1 calender month.

Sometimes doing it this way is 31 or 32 days. Or sometimes 28 days.

Litterally count 30 days from the day after they get your dispute.

    :)

    Hi
I mailed a few disputes too and nothing is noted on creditexpert so I am hoping the backlog will trip them up and I can scream to get them deleted.

Assuming they pick up and sign for the CRRR card. A couple of months ago I sent a CRRR and didn't get it in the mail for almost three weeks. They had just signed for it a couple of days earlier. When I asked the USPS about it, they said it had been delivered, but they can't make anyone sign and pick it up. So I think if they get behind, they just choose not to pick up the mail for a couple of days/weeks until they can get caught up.

Just got my results from EX. Don't get your hopes up guys.. I was unable to check investigation status for 2 weeks after they signed for CRRR I thought this was a sure sign they were backed up (In fact it was a sure sign) However magically all disputes came back verified on the last day of the investigation...This is odd since one of the disputes is the same (supposed) debt reported by 2 seperate CA's....hmmm instead of deleteing my disputes they couldn't verify they just lied about it....
hope you all have better luck
