I disputed it with Experian, they verified. i contact the CA via letter about validing this debt. They couldn't validate it. Some over the phone check. I sent Experian the "CA couldn't Validate" letter along with the CRRR. No response from experian. I called Experian this morning to ask about a CA that is showing on my account. She asked be about the creditor sending me a letter saying they will delete this entry. I said not I don't have that, but gave her the name of the person at the CA who I'm speaking with. Experian hung up on me and i can't call them back. Somehow block my numbe to where I can't speak to a live person. I'm in some loop about buying creditscore and ordering a report. Have anyone experienced this with Experian?
You aren't personally blocked out. That's Experian's phone system and business model. Frustrate the consumer until they give up.
I think everyone has experienced this, it is not just your phone number. Did you try hitting "0" (perhaps several times).
