Well I got notice today that they have completed their investigation. NO, neither account was deleted, nor were any of the 20 incorrect addresses changed, however they show, updated, and remains, and checked. Well does anybody have good number for Experian Customer Service regarding getting the bad addy's off my report? Please. I've been searching our posts, and the search feature continues to time out. Thanks.

It's been standing here for 99 years! She said, ma'am, we need PROOF. I said, WHERE are you sending my credit reports to? Is it blah blah blah??? Yes.... Ok, and I've obviously SEEN them as I just gave you the report number right??? Yes.... So WHY don't I live here if YOU are sending me mail here? We need proof. (grrrr) It could be identity theft. You sent no proof. Would you like a letter from the post master? No, we won't accept that. ?!?!?!??!?! Trying this from another approach..... You saw that I requested my address be updated correct? Yes.... Then HOW would you know that I want it? OBVIOUSLY I requested it. And get this..... I have an "invalid" address that they are sending my credit report out to??? HUH? Anyhow, have fun! 1-800-583-4080 Last laugh: I ask: TU and EQ deleted 2 public record that weren't mine and you haven't. They did that because the court told them they weren't mine. If they told them that it wasn't mine, can you explain why they told you that it IS mine? You'll have to call the court and ask them ma'am. I see.... and you can't show me your procedure that you used to verify this information? We don't do that. ROFL Wait till they get my letter.
