    Guys,

I just noticed that Experian requires that the consumer accept certain conditions before they can dispute items on their credit report online. One of those conditions states that the consumer cannot file any additional disputes referring to an item once it has been verified by the creditor/supplier of information.

I don't know if the consumer's agreement with the condition (via a checkbox) is legally binding, but this sounds like bad news to me. This condition seems to contradict the FCRA requirement that every dispute be investigated (regardless of how many times it has been investigated in the past) unless its frivolous.

I did not accept the condition and closed my browser window. From now on, I will dispute via CRRR letters only. Has anyone else noticed these conditions when submitting an Experian dispute online?

Yes...I have noticed it on all three rounds of my disputes. :) EX has always investigated for me. I have disputed one item 3 times. I am going to dispute again during CHOD. TU labeled me as frivolous after my first dispute.
