My wife and I filed Ch.7, discharged in Nov. 2001. Since then we have opened two car loans, one in March 2002 and the other in Nov. 2002. These tradelines were reporting "payed as agreed" untill yesterday. The car loan opened in Nov. 2002 on Ex&EQ show "Discharged thru Chapter 13 BK". This only shows on my report not my wifes. The other loan opened in March 2002 reports correctly. I have never filed Ch. 13 BK. Whats my next step?
Does it happen to be HH reporting this? Another poster, just yesterday said this very same thing pertaining to HH.

OMG!!! I am on the phone with them RIGHT NOW...we paid this loan off a month ago...no ch 13 and I pull exp today it says 0 balance CH 13 filed!!!! WTF is going on?? IU am on hold right now and will post something asap
