I have a fax from a CA that confirms deletion yet now it says paid in full. I need to fax Experian and the others actually the document for removal. If they do not remove can I say it violates our agreement. I have a signed document saying it would be deleted but it came back paid in full. Help me out my brethren. Or just help me out...
