I disputed the cl on my citi card with credit data southwest (experian affiliate). I send a copy of my latest statement showing the cl with the dispute. The claim that citi responded with leave the limit as N/A. Well I spoke to someone in the executive offices at citi who told me they are having an ongoing problem with exp. in this regard. They sent me a letter stating what the cl is.

This time I faxed the letter with a rather strongly worded letter of my own directly to credit datas' atty. This was Tuesday. Tonight it is updated. I basically said to him "why is it that I must continue to police my report to make sure they are doing their job and reporting correctly?"

I am completely convinced that this is experian. Every new acct that has been reported to exp in the last few months has had N/A for a credit limit, while on equifax and trans union the are reported correctly.

    LKH,

Same here in FL. Their affiliate CDS in Orlando does lousy job. They have removed my credit limit several time for some tradelines. I am tired of disputes.

I had the same issue, I did an online dispute on Creditexpert saying that the cl was incorrect and in about a week or so the correct cl was shown with a note on the account to say that the CL had been updated. So that's that one fixed. Until next time Citibank updates......
