   I had a First Premier charge off in 11/97... How can my DOLA from experian be 2/02... I havent paid them or CA for this account ever...since charge off..

   The answer is: It can't be. If it charged off in 97, the dola must be some time before then. And, even if you did pay something after it being charged off, they cannot change the dola.
