i've got an account on EXP that i was able to finally dispute off of both TU and EQ...however, EXP will no longer let me dispute after my last dispute (november of 2002) since it was previously verified.

this was an electric bill that I have since just went ahead and paid..previously the electric co would verify the line everytime i disputed it..now that it is paid they are no longer verifying it when I dispute.
because of this i've been able to dispute it off both TU and EQ (yay!).

I know that if they put it through the 30 day dispute process on EXP it'd get deleted..anyone have any ideas of how I can get them to dispute the TL 1 more time?

maybe just mail them the dispute this time and see if it gets in?

    thanks!

it took like 3 days to verify back in november..
i disputed as 'not mine', now when i try to dispute in any way/shape/form online it wont let me.

i see where you are going with it though.
I'll try mailing the dispute, if that don't work I'll demand procedures and such. sound good?

Get a letter from the ELECTRIC COMPANY saying either PAID IN FULL or they may just say--NO RECORDS FOUND...the CRA must remove it or send you $1,000 their choice...(OR DISCUSS IT WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR MORE THAN $1,000)

You indicated that you paid the utility bill tradeline. I understand that TU and EQX deleted b/c they couldn't verify. But is Experian reporting it as unpaid or paid?

Don't miss my point here Mark.

Send the new dispute AND the demand for procedures on the last dispute all in the same letter.

You'll hope that since they can't answer your procedures demand, (regarding the last dispute) they'll use this new dispute to simply delete.

It works rather often with TU. You're playing a psychological game.

    See.
