This really makes me mad. They do not even bother to send a letter saying they refuse to invsetigate. It has been 34 days and nothing.

The thing that really gets to me with EXP, is that I notified EXP in writing of very valid reasons why these inquiries need to be deleted. Two were from a CA trying to make me pay for debt that was not mine (I am in the process of suing CA, but even CA has agreed to delete the inquiries as they had no permissible purpose), and another was for a bank where the bank had already sent in a UDF to delete with EXP, again the bank mistakenly ran my credit.

I must be on the EXP blacklist.

They really are a piece of work!

Sorry to hear about your problems with them.
I don't know if it would help, and maybe the long standing members of this excellent forum would correct me if I'm wrong, but perhaps you can file a complaint with the BBB, and/or FTC??

    Good luck to you!!

Did you send the letter to EX, CRRR? If you did, and the date it was signed is over 30 days, why not just call them up and tell them they need to delete?

File lawsuit. You have multiple FCRA violations and will win.
