I got a letter today that said "WE DO NOT DISPUTE INQUIRIES, PLEASE CONTACT THE CREDITOR". Is this blatant or what?

    1. Are they not required by law to investigate ANY information that is disputed as incorrect, or incomplete?

    2. Inquiry's hurt your score, potentially causing a denial of credit and if they are not initiated by you and are being reported by th CRAs, is this not defamation?

    3. Why should I contact the creditors? Are they the ones that are selling this incorrect information about me for profit, causing me embarrasment and high interest rates.

    @$$Holes!

EXPERIAN IS THE EASIEST FOR INQUIRY REMOVAL, THEN TRANS UNION, THEN 3rd PLACE EQUIFAX...(It would almost easier to have GARTH BROOKS spend the night at your house)...
