I quit trying about 2 to 3 years ago. But no, I never got a single deletion of anything.

Averages are often very misleading. An average like that means that some had no success at all like me, some had 100% success and everybody else falls somewhere inbetween. The majority fall somewhere in the 40 to 50 percent range.

What is even worse, we don't know who compiled the figures and put out the statistic. Could be like the statistic put out by the Center for Disease Control's figures on how many people die of smoking related disease. They had an agenda and still do and they compiled those figures to accomplish the agenda. That is the way it is with a lot of statistics. They often show what the compiler wants them to show.

They compile their statistics or often just their beliefs and foist them off on the gullible public for the sole purpose of furthering some political viewpoint.

Such junk science is usually taken by the public as gospel truth.

Based on what I see on this and other message boards I would almost bet that if one kept track of the number of those reporting fantastic results compared to those who are complaining about their bad results we would soon see that the success ratio is somewhere closer to 10 or 20 percent success than it is even 50 percent success.

I would be very surprised if we can find even 25 people who can honestly report 100% success and I would be equally surprised if the number of complainers would not be well above 500

Hmm. Well, that stat I was qouting came from you. As far as standard results I believe you may be in a minority. I have NEVER heard anyone say they received NO deletions from disputing with CRAs. I would GUESS close to 80 -90 percent get some, and a significant portion get at least 40-50% of all negitive tradelines deleted. In my case, I have gotten several deleted by dispute and one by good will. It will be interesting to see were I end up with TU. In any event I hope you are having a great weekend!

And I got it from one of the message boards I frequent as far as I know. Maybe it was on creditnet at some point in time. Maybe it was in some report or other.

I really don't have the foggiest idea who put it out first.

Every year it is the exact same number. 425,000 people have died.

Sorta like the insurance companies claim about correlation between claims and credit, which brings up an interesting question.
If everybodys score remains the same for the next year will claims?
    A- Increase
    B- Decrease
    ** OR
    C- Remain the same

    The END ************************* LB 59

Bad credit makes you drive poorly. Because you are worried about when and how you are going to pay bills, you don't focus on the road. Geeze, I though everybody knew that :)

That's not bad credit causing that, its lack of income due to job loss or whatever.

Righttttttt, anyway just got results of online dispute of two badies with Experian, (paid collections). Both deleted WTF?

Now I just have to come up with a creative way to get them to re-investigate the last 4?

Wife's score is now 630 with the 4 paid collections.
