This company seems to play so many games, they are like a dictatorship. It is tiresome and frustrating. To name a few:

    1) They verify late payments on day 32.....I have a letter in my hand from Nissan saying I was not late the dates EXP reports

    2) Refuse to reinvestigate..........even though letter from OC states I was not notified of a balance (sent to wrong address)

    3) Refuse to investigate..........apparently it is not enough to say the account is incorrect and provide a copy of letter from CA (with envelope) saying this account has been deleted.....EXP is the only CA that did not get the UDF (liars)......What I am supposed to do?

4)Won't update my balances for two closed account to $0...............Yes, I send statements in and they just ignore it

    5) A few good closed tradelines that would really help my score, are not on there, and I know EXP will just ignore any documents I send them to add these tradelines on

That is why my EXP sits in the 630 range while my EQ and TU are in the mid 700's.

    Cinderella,

Your right! They are jerks. They have been running me around for months. On address, disputes, verifcation you name it. Actually I'm strarting to go back on my stuff to start organizing my paper trail on them. I'm going to try to find any and all violations that they are doing. and when I do I'm going after them. These people are the worst!!!
Try to find how many violation you might have against, I bet you have few.

good luck with these creeps !!
I'm still plugging away at it and I will not stop bothering them until I get satisfaction!!!

I feel like a beaten down dog with EXPERIAN. I am afraid if I file an intent to sue, they will pull out of small claims court and punish me by locking up my file. From what I have read, EXP seems to have a tendency to do this. I am trying to assume a loan for the house I live in, hopefully by next month.

If I file an intent to sue, can they do this? Lock up my file preventing me from assuming a loan in the next month?

Nice to know I am not alone Kathy!

Month 1 I had good success with Experian. Now I am dealing with all sorts of crap.

    1. Transouth merged with Arcadia. I have an Arcadia account, however, THEY cannot find any record of a Transouth account. I called all over the country trying to get someone to prove I had this account (derrog). Two days later it is verified!????

    2. AAA Collectors. 3 accounts on EQ, 2 on EX 0 on TU. (TU deleted). I called AAA, they said they sent the account to their attys (Cabrera and Associates). I called them. They could not find any accounts for me. I did debt validation with AAA, no response. Today, they came back verified!

    3. I have a release from a st tax lien. It is dated 5/20/2002. The original was returned to the ST in 1/1996. I paid the bill 6/1995. I called EX and asked why they haven't deleted since it has now been 7 years since "date of payment". They said they will only use the release date, so it will be there for the next 7 years! I quoted the law. They didn't care. Talked to a supvsr, same song and dance. Can we say lawsuit?
