I must admit, that i was somewhat DISHEARTENED by the fact that GEORGE bumped Puppy - but didn't bump Turtle.

Doesn't friendship mean anything anymore (choke)
    Sigh

That's the number of views, but what about the number of replies?

Re: Re: Re: Experian Killed My Turt

Once there was a turtle and a puppy. They wanted to have a race. The puppy was certain he would win; he was so much faster than the turtle. He told everybody that he would win the race.

Then they started to run. The puppy immediately passed the turtle, and soon the turtle could no longer see him. But he continued to walk slowly, as turtles do.

The puppy was already half way round the track. When he came to a river, he stopped to drink. Beside the river there was a tree. The puppy lay down under the tree. He thought that he had plenty of time before the turtle would arrive. So he decided to have a nap. Soon he was fast asleep.

The turtle was still walking. He saw the puppy sleeping under the tree, and continued to walk. Finally, when he was about to cross the finish line, the puppy woke up. He ran after the turtle, but he came too late. The turtle passed the line before him, and won the race.

So you're saying that the puppy is going to make a run for it, and all of a sudden there will be a flurry of posts there, but you can keep this one going more?

I believe so, Hedwig. I believe so :)
I believe that the responses to the Turtle post have been far more amusing and illuminating than the Puppy post.
I'd also like to point out that the originator of the Turtle post - a fine and decent human being :) - graciously pointed out - from the beginning - that the Turtle post was an adaptation of the original Puppy saga.

There is, of course, another battle going on here.
The truth is that this is RichGuy versus Mark LA more than Puppy versus Turtle.

May the best man win :)

too bad she doesn't post anymore...

    Congrats RG!

I would like to thank all those who tirelessly helped me throughout this campaign... you are all wonderful, caring citizens, who deeply care about the future of our great nation.

Now however, is the time to put aside our differences and back Puppy, for the better of this board, this country and the world.

    God bless
    :)

Is this just a shameless way of getting more replies? We haven't seen this for a while, any way.

Maybe we should get you a new turtle for your birthday!

How many times have you been 29? Or aren't you saying?

OK, gang, let's take up a collection to buy Mark another turtle. But he has to promise to keep it away from the Evil Exp.
