Ok enough chances for Experian. They think they can jerk me around. I was suppose to sue them last week but they sent a letter stating to send in the disputes and they will work on them. Guess what- nothing has been done. To make it even more insulting I get their standard letter today asking for copies of my ss# and somethink with my address on it. They know who I am- I have been talking with someone from consumer special services for months. This is just another stall tactic and a way to screw with me. I swear, tomorrow, they are getting served. Experian, if you are reading this, you jerkoffs are gone. Over with. Kaput. There will be no negotations. There will be no silence in order to get a settlement. When you lose I am gonna tell everyone how you got your asses kicked and then all of them will be sueing you too. I got your letters stating you do disputes on my problems so you sunk your ship there. There will be no 'clerical errors' as this has been ongoing and I can prove it is malicious on your part. You are going down pigs.

THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW~~~THEY ARE THE LAW~~~BECAUSE THEY WRITE THE LAW THEY FOLLOW~~~

...like TRANS UNION refusing to INVESTIGATE inquires for any reason!!!

Experian reinserted a file and refuses to send a notice like the law says. I sent loan applications and a letter from the OC stating correct dates and experian refuses to change it stating not enough evidence. Experian refused to do inquiries, then said they would(I have it in writing), then did nothing, and now are stalling. Experian is going to court. I have talked to kira williams, lisa something, carla blair, and half of their attorneys in california. The attorneys said they would help after I file but their hands are tied. I love that thinking.

    picantel,

Everytime I see your name, I think of "he's lying and deserves a good hard beating". Please tell me you'll use that phrase in your lawsuit!

In this case it would be she is lying. I know we can sue the collector as well as the CA when they have been bad. Does anyone know if we can sue the person at a CRA as well as the CRA? Maybe I should subpoena her. They live in texas and I live in ohio.
