Does my lawyer specialize in FCRA cases? No, but he has handled a few before. How did I find him? He's been my lawyer for awhile. However, I have been referred to a lawyer who does handle FCRA cases on a national basis. I will be speaking with him tomorrow. So, it is possible I may be changing lawyers. If not, I have every bit of confidence in my lawyer.
