I just received the Notice of Removal from the attorneys representing Experian. Does anyone have experience dealing with this? How many days to have to answer the Court (NYC) and basically what do I say? Thanks. Martine
What exactly did you do, what court did you file etc...? The reason I am asking is b/c I am about to file suit and would like to know what I am in for, sorry if you have explained it all already but I have not been here much lately. Did you send an ITS first, if so then obviously it did not work if you filed suit, did they respond to you're ITS at all?
