Which court are you sueing in. IF it is small claims trust me- they could care less if you send it or not.
Hello, Yes it would be small claims. I understand that they will brush me off but I want to show that I have demanded payment and then if they refuse or ignore me I will then sue.
If they are incorporated, send it to their Agent of Service. You should be able to get a name an address from your Secretary of State. If they don't have an Agent in your state, call the SOS for the state they are in.
I sent them tons of faxes just asking for deletion. Then I sent them with monetary damages. Then I sent a couple to santa claus asking for deletions for christmas. At least he wrote back. Now I am 2 1/2 hours away from my hearing with experian. Time to find out if consumers rights mean anything in this country. Probably not.
Thank you so much for the help. Picantel please let us know how it goes. I expect I will be in the same boat as you very soon. Exp has been my toughest CRA to deal with they always seem to violate the FCRA and they could care less. I hope you nail them.
